Terms of service

CloudNest provides online storage for your files and photos. By using CloudNest you agree to use it lawfully, to keep your sign-in details to yourself, and not to store or share content you don't have the right to.

You own the files you upload. You give us permission to store, process and transfer them only as needed to run the service for you, for example to sync them to your devices or to create a shared link you asked for.

The details of your plan, including its price and billing date, are shown in Plan & billing in your account.

Privacy policy

• What we collect: your account details (name and email address), the files you store, information about the devices you sync, and billing information for paid plans.
• How we use it: to run CloudNest, keep your account secure, process payments and answer support requests.
• What we don't do: we don't sell your personal information, and we don't look at your files except when you ask us to help with them or when the law requires it.

You can review your account details at any time when you're signed in.
